Molleur Construction, Inc. contracted to do a large amount of work on a 40 acre mining claim just off of Spring Road, Idaho Springs CO. (Elevation 7200 feet).
A 5,000 sq. ft. footprint, directly upon a granite rock formationm, this was no easy task. Before starting the site work, 3 seperate blasts were required in order to dig!
Site Work
With grit and determination all of the sitework of this project was completed, despite numerous challenges. With over 50 years of combined construction experience, we were able to plan and execute with the utmost professionalism. Excavating and grading such a large project was just another day in the office for us. All of the Earth Work and Utilities, as well as, all the concrete was completed smoothly and succesfully.
