Molleur Construction, Inc. was contracted for a large excavation project near the Blue River in Vail, Colorado by the golf course. A 5 Townhome Neighborhood was built and our Company was hired to create and complete an excevation and grading plan, as well as a wet utility plan. A long road to this neighborhood was created and water and sewer were built in order for this neighborhood development to come to fruition.

Very rocky ground was no match for our expertise in excavation. Shelling out almost 100 dump truck loads of boulders and cobble, a careful plan was executed to perfection.

1,000 feet of Rock Wall

As well as grading and utilities, we built a rock wall almost 1,000 feet long and 6 feet high with boulders harvested from the project.

Specific Design Specs

Molleur Construction always completes all work as specified in engineered drawings and prints. Water line extension from the Eagle River had to be done carefully and meticulously. Tapping into the water supply of everyone from Minturn to Eagle was trusted to us and delivered as promised.
